Terms and Conditions

• The property is a family holiday home and guests are requested to treat it accordingly and leave it in the same condition as they found it on arrival.
• A deposit of 30% of the rent is payable on booking.
• A security deposit of £200 will also be required, refundable after the rental period (assuming no items are damaged or missing).
• The balance is due 6 weeks before the guests' holiday commences.
• Bookings made less than 6 weeks beforehand are to be paid in full on booking.
• Holiday cancellations must be confirmed in writing. When a holiday is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to the booked date, the deposit will be forfeited.
• The property is non smoking, no pets are allowed and it is not ideally suited to very young children, however this is at the visitors' discretion after discussion with the owner.
• Travel cot and highchair can be provided on request and a Playstation can also be made available for older children.
• The accommodation is available from 3pm unless prior arrangement agreeing earlier arrival.
• Visitors are requested to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure.
• The preferred day of arrival/departure is Friday.
• Please contact the owner at least two days before arrival to arrange collection of a key and to discuss any special requirements.
